ASADA
Australian Sports Anti-doping Authority - the Australian Government Authority responsible for overseeing drugs related matters in sports. Offers information and advice to athletes and support personnel as well as administering drug testing.
ASDMAC
Australian Sports Drug Medical Advisory Committee - a committee made up of medical specialists who advise the Australian sporting community on issues relating to the use of medications in sporting events.
IF/ISF
International Federation/ International Sporting Federation - any internationally registered sporting body.
NSO
National Sporting Organisation - any nationally registered sporting body.
TUE
Therapeutic Use Exemption - an approval to use a prohibited medication whilst participating in a sporting contest.
WADA
World Anti-Doping Authority - the organisation that sets the world standards for Anti-Doping policy
